With a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Systems Technology from Utah State University, Dean brings over two decades of experience in agricultural sales, operations, and strategic growth to the biotech and biologicals sector. Dean’s career includes pivotal roles as a Key Accounts Manager and leader in New Growth and Acquisitions, where he developed a reputation for identifying emerging market opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

He has managed multi-location retail operations for industry leaders such as Simplot and Valley Agronomics throughout the western United States, consistently delivering results through operational excellence and customer-focused solutions. As a former Territory Manager for FMC, Dean gained deep insights into crop protection and input solutions that now inform his strategic vision at Pharmgrade Biologicals. Dean combines his agronomic expertise and business acumen to deliver premium biological solutions that meet the evolving needs of today’s researchers, growers, and innovators. His leadership reflects a passion for sustainable agriculture, scientific integrity, and customer success.
