Quick Answers, Big Results
Can I mix your product with ________?
Pharmgrade products can be mixed with most other inputs. The only exception is copper, which should be avoided as it can negatively impact microbial activity.
How long will your product remain active in the soil?
Our products typically remain active in the soil for less than one year. Factors like environmental conditions, soil health, and farming practices can influence the exact duration.
Why do I need to reapply your product?
Farming practices such as tillage, pesticide applications, and heavy equipment use can naturally reduce microbial populations. Reapplying ensures a healthy, active microbial community for consistent results.
When is the best time to apply the product?
The sooner, the better. Applying now begins supporting soil and plant health immediately. Pharmgrade products can be applied at planting, during the growing season, or whenever conditions allow.
Can I apply your product through irrigation, spray rig, airplane, or drip?
Yes. Our products work effectively through all common application methods, including irrigation systems, spray rigs, airplanes, and drip lines.
What is the proper mixing order for your product?
Always add the Pharmgrade product to the tank first, then follow your standard mixing order for other inputs. This helps ensure proper dispersion and compatibility.
How long can I store your product?
When stored in a sealed container and kept out of direct sunlight, our products remain viable for up to one year.
Why is the product foaming?
Foaming usually indicates an air leak somewhere in your system. Check hoses, fittings, and seals to address the issue.
Will your product mark fruit?
When applying directly to fruit, use a 10:1 water-to-Pharmgrade ratio to help prevent visible marking.
Do I need to add a food source for the microbes?
No. Each product is already formulated with the nutrients needed to sustain microbial activity.
Is there a problem if the product freezes?
No. Freezing does not harm the microbes, and effectiveness is retained once thawed and mixed.
Is there a problem if the product gets over 100°F?
No. Higher temperatures will not damage the product, though storing it in a cool, shaded location is always recommended.
Where can I find the most up-to-date label and SDS?
The latest product labels and Safety Data Sheets can always be found on the Pharmgrade website.
When should I choose Exponent, Guardian, or Nitros?
- Exponent: Our flagship product, ideal at planting and throughout the growing season for overall plant vigor and soil health.
- Guardian: Formulated specifically for restoring soil microbial balance.
- Nitros: Designed to improve nitrogen efficiency and nutrient availability.
How long does it last after mixing?
It depends on what it’s mixed with. For best results, apply the product soon after mixing.
Do you have third-party data?
Yes. We have third-party trial data available upon request and regularly update our research to provide the latest information.
Tell me about Gun Club? … Just kidding.
It’s as fun as it sounds.
Why does the product smell?
The scent comes from natural airborne compounds released by microbes as they grow, eat, and break down organic material.
Is your product more effective when applied to the soil or directly to the plant?
Our products are designed to work effectively in both applications, whether on soil or plant tissue.
Is Pharmgrade OMRI certified?
Yes. Our certification details can be found at omri.org/biorem.
